	"(c)  Records maintained by an insurer that state that the                   
subscriber or insured was a victim of domestic violence are                    
confidential and may not be disclosed by an insurer, except with               
the permission of the applicant, subscriber, or insured, as                    
authorized by the division of insurance, or as authorized by a court           
of competent jurisdiction."
